Registration Information

 

To register for the events during the Finlandia 2017 Exhibition, please fill in the online registration form. Please note that the form must be completed during one session. If you need any help with the registration, feel free to contact Tavicon congress bureau (contact details are bottom of this page).

On the first page, please choose the group you belong to. If you don’t belong to any of the groups listed, please choose Other.

 

Event Fees

Palmares Dinner (before or on 15 May 2017)         100 €

Palmares Dinner (on or after 16 May 2017)           120 €

Excursion to Mänttä                                               95 €

All fees are VAT 0%. No VAT will be added.

Please note the number of seats at both the Dinner and the Excursion is limited so in order to ensure your place, please make your reservation and payment as soon as possible.

The tickets for registration groups Dealer, Postal Administration, Exhibitor, and Other are available for pick-up at the Finlandia 2017 registration and info desk during exhibition opening hours.

 

Terms of payment

All reservations must be paid before the exhibition opening. You will always receive a Confirmation/receipt of paid fees by email. If you have not received it, please contact Tavicon Congress Bureau at finlandia2017[at]tavicon.fi.

No bank charges can be deducted from the fees.

On the registration form you can choose between three payment options:

1. Credit card:  VISA, Master Card or Eurocard are accepted.

Please follow the instructions given on the online form and proceed to payment immediately (have your card and security codes available).

2. Invoice as an email attachment (pdf)

This invoice is automatically generated from the data that you have inserted on the registration form. No invoicing fee is added. Payment is due within 14 days.

3. The invoice can be issued manually by the Congress Bureau. Please choose Invoice as your payment option on the form. Payment is due within 14 days. An invoicing fee of EUR 12 will be added. The invoice will be sent by email (pdf). Unfortunately we cannot send e-invoices.

 

Please note: invoicing ends 9 May 2017, i.e. two weeks prior to the event.

 

Confirmation/Receipt

Congress Bureau Tavicon Ltd. will send you a Confirmation by email after receiving the registration and payment. Kindly check that all your details and bookings are correct. You will be asked to present your Confirmation at the registration desk when you arrive.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and changes must be made in writing (email) to Tavicon Ltd. An unpaid registration is not a cancellation, and cancellation fees apply even for unpaid registrations.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy 
If a cancellation of the registration is received by 31 March 2017, 50% of the fees of events reserved and paid on this registration form will be refunded. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 31 March 2017.

There will be no refund for no-shows.

Please note that for organisational reasons possible refunds will be made after the Conference. All refunds will be made at the exchange rate applicable on that date. Neither the Organisers nor the Congress Bureau can be held responsible for any loss resulting from alterations in exchange rates. To receive your refund, please send full bank account details to the Congress Bureau.
